EPG Engines recently hosted a series of hands-on training sessions in Queensland for our dealer network, giving both dealers and expert dealers the skills and resources to work confidently with the Rehlko petrol engine range.
Held at the end of July and beginning of August, these two sessions took place in Bundaberg and Brisbane, where 13 members of our dealer network came together to learn practical, workshop-ready skills to take back to their own operations.
The training covered EFI systems, petrol engine maintenance, and Rehlko diagnostic tools, with a strong emphasis on real-world applications. Dealers worked directly with the Rehlko Diagnostic Tool, learning to pinpoint faults quickly using live engine data and Bluetooth-enabled technology. Mark Avis, our EPG Technical Officer, led the sessions, exploring common engine failure patterns to help attendees understand their causes and sharing proven fixes to ensure first-time-right repairs.

Our approach in these sessions is to ensure our dealers can diagnose issues faster, use specialist tools effectively, and follow consistent troubleshooting processes. This consistency leads to fewer callbacks, faster turnaround times, and greater customer satisfaction. Each attendee left with a clear checklist, detailed workshop manuals, and a stronger understanding of professional diagnostic standards, all while enjoying a valuable networking opportunity.
