About the Command PRO® 888
The Command PRO® 888 is Rehlko's next-generation commercial-grade petrol engine, built for ride-on and stand-on mowers. Key specifications:
- 888cc displacement, designed as a drop-in replacement for larger-displacement engines, allowing OEMs to increase power without redesigning existing platforms
- Two carburetted variants — CV829 (29hp) and CV832 (32hp) — plus an EFI version with electronic fuel injection and throttle body control
- Peak torque of approximately 52–53 ft-lbs, depending on model
- A new mechanical governor system for consistent power delivery under load
- Extended service intervals of up to 600 hours on the air filter and spark plugs, supported by a 6-inch heavy-duty air filter with a carbon-based inner safety filter and debris ejection system
- Full-pressure lubrication with full-flow filter and Oil Sentry™
- A 5-year limited warranty from Rehlko
The Command PRO® 888 is already being specified by OEMs internationally, including on commercial zero-turn mower platforms, as a replacement option for larger-displacement engines without an increase in installation footprint.
